Mace
By:

I am very new here, so I would like to introduce myself.

I am currently attending an online college. I have some problems concentrating,so I take a nice hot bath with Lavender oil before I study, and this helps. I was reading that Mace will help also. My question is, do I burn it, eat it or ? I just want to be safe.

Mace?

Maybe I understood something wrong and maybe you're referring to something else, but mace is a self-defense chemical, like pepper spray and, as far as I am aware, has no other applications.

For more info, here's the wikipedia link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mace_(spray)

Please reply to us and let us know if you meant something different, because as of right now, I'm not aware of anything else you're talking about. Maybe someone else does, but I somewhat doubt it.

The spice mace could be added to bath water or make a tea to drink.https://gingeraldente.wordpress.com/2010/10/02/mace-tea-a-hug-in-a-mug/

It is recommended that no more than a teaspoon of Mace be taken at a time. You might also consider adding a some Rosemary to your bath as it improves mental clarity and take some Ashwagandha to boost your brain power and prevent nerve exhaustion. Good luck in school.

I'm not sure what to tell you, because in hoodoo mace is generally used for money drawing, especially for those who work as prostitutes.

Mace is the shell covering of nutmeg, and has a similar scent and taste.
