Banishing spell

I need a banishing spell for a person who is a child abuser. Went to the authorities but nothing was done. I need a spell to make this person leave and never return. Like he vanished from the face of the earth. I'm don't have any money so if someone can do this spell for me I would appreciate it so much. I know that this person hits this child, throws him to the floor,makes him stay in his room all day like a prison. This child is only 3 yrs old.
