by reptilian do you mean a deity associated with reptiles, a specific reptile, or half reptile half human?

well there's many associated with the snake. Egypt for example has, like, ten, be they gods or demi-gods. Ra and Set for example, but there's also Nehebkau [who binds the Ba and Ka and guards the Duat] and Wadjet [protector of lower Egypt. she's seen as a snake with a human head sometimes] you also have the biblical Lilith and Lucifer.

In the Greek Pantheon, Zeus has an aspect that takes the form of a snake. And then there is the Agathodaimon which is also seen as a snake, sometimes another aspect of Zeus.

Isis is a Goddess who is sometimes depicted as a snake most of the time a Cobra in this apsect she is known as Isis-Hermouthis another aspect of Isis that is sometimes depicted as a snake is Isis-Tyche. Snakes are messengers of Isis and are very sacred to her. Demeter her sacred animal well one of them are snakes. Some Agricultural Deities have snakes as their sacred animal because often times snakes were protectors of the crops because they eat mice and rats.
