How to heal?

Is there any spells that doesn't require any items to do the spell to heal someone??

Depending on what you need to heal you can use your own bodies energy. For example to heal a headache, place both of you hands on you head or someone elses. Then visualize drawing out the headache and placing healing energy instead. What I do is visualize a red light to draw out the pain and a blue light to heal.

What are yoy tring to heal?

Heal: Cold,Flu,Fever...
Heal: Pain,wound...

for cold, fever and such just google healing spells and you should find something that would work for you. For headaches and wounds. There is a spell to stop bleeding and for headaches the technique I posted earlier will help for that. If you need help just let me know.

I know there are many ways to heal but I going on assumption here that dingdong123 is a beginner and I was trying to give the easiest spells available.

i agree with chaos but i recomend herbal healing frist before spells are done you can either pm me and i shall try to help with that or you can find a more exsprenced herbal healer (i'm just starting out but i have had succes in it)
