When doing candle reading can you define the outcome to whatever you think it means and I also want to learn how to do this but I cant leave candles burning in house because its dangerous, any other ways to help boost up my candle reading skills?

If the fame of the candle is to high there is too much intention "to much power" I guess that how you say it. When the flame is low is that there is not enough intention "not enough power" or the candle is poorly made. even the tthe way how the wax melts matters too and the black ash that is around the rim of a seven day candle has meanings, but most people who do candle magic don't Care about the signs. Its up to you if it has meanings or not.
You can burn larger candles with regular "snuffing" over time for a working. Most say don't blow it out, you'll glean the menaing of the the wax, soot, and flame if you work at it and it comes to your mind. You can try placing votive candles in mason jars for a 'safer' burn.
