Sorry, don't think there is one. Try a chant/affirmation before class. These things only come with practice. I've got a low pain tolerance, took 5 years to build some tolerance to pain. Flexibility is easier. Don't push yourself, and hold for 15-30 seconds. Daily practice will increase your flexibility. Endurance is the same way, look into interval training, where you walk/jog for 2 minutes then run for 30 seconds, eventually working your way up.
