Spellweaving...not a joke

Merry meet to my fellow craft brothers and sisters. I have not been on this site for very long but I am quite a bit disapointed as to the what spells are available. Some spells are truely rediculas. Respecting a true spell one must know it origin, is maker, its intend and so much more. Asking for example how to makethings levitate trough the air is in my eyes disrespectful to earth. There are certain laws that will always be there. The law of geravity is one of them. Respect it and work with the power of earth in all its splendour and u will awaken your trough gifts. Asking for things that you know will not happen is just setting yourself up for failure and disapointment.

Ok I am a fairly new member myself but not to be blunt or hurtful if you're going to rant about the fantasy spells on this site please make sure you know how to spell properly. (i.e. ridiculous not rediculas, and gravity not geravity) unfortunately a lot of people on this site adding spells are finding them online or in fantasy games and adding them here. You have to be the one to decipher what can be used and what is total nonsense.

I totally agree... but heck I'm a teenager that can't spell everything correct (New Member by the way)

Im also a teenager. :p but I like spelling typing in complete sentences and words.Most teenagers text talk a lot and like to type the shortcut way.

It's not always that easy, my fiance has dyslexia and so he misspells words a lot, especially when he's tired. It can be fun to decipher but I know he tries to spell the words right, just doesn't always manage it.

Is so sad that many of the spells are just a joke,irrational or impossible

I totally agree with you on that note. I've messaged a lot of people that post forums that say that they think their magic is off. I tell them that most of the spells here are fake or made incorrectly. It's just very aggravating to see the laziness and poor technique of the spells senn on SoM. That's why I just make my own, I don't even bother looking at the spells on this site.
