Something that scares me

Dream Premonitions:

I have had dream premonitions my whole life. Half of the time they are not good, though, so they scare me. Just recently I had as dream that I lost one of our kitty's, Tiger. He is now missing, and my heart is broken. He is so sweet, and my personal baby.

We have a home with land, so we are really hoping he is just hiding outside somewhere. :(

He hasn't been outside for 6 years, strictly indoors.

Well, that isnt just a coincidence because all dreams have a meaning.. My cat has always been indoors so the first thing you have to do is to start searching for him as soon as possible! But if you dream of a cat that means somebody is feeling jealousy and strong emotions (bad) towards you. Also these types of dreams may mean that you soon might go through sickness or spiritual experiences. And if possible, may I please have the date, day of the week and time when you had that dream? I know a very good website for that type of things and I will try and figure out what the dream meant through that site

Thank you! You are very kind. :)

It was Tuesday, June 16th. The time was the middle of the night sometime, while I slept.

How did the cat get out while you slept? You might try sitting near where it got out, or better at your door, and call out his name. Do not use a panicky voice, as this will scare him. He is already scared. So with a gentle, but firm, reassuring tone, call out his name and talk to him like you normally do. Such as,"Tiger, I'm over here. Come on, pretty kitty, come on in.". I hope you find him. Sending luck to you..

Also, take the food dish or bag when you are looking. Cats respond to the sounds that go along with them being fed. Can opener, food being put in dish, food bag, etc.; might help him find his way home.

In my dream, he just wasn't here, like he should be. :(

I've been calling him all night, well off and on. Neighbors must love me right now. I'm the quiet neighbor that keeps to herself.

Cats come to the sound of kibble shaking or a treat container. I've never had a cat that didn't and I had an outdoor cat too.

Especially if he is not a mouser or birder, he will be hungry. Put his food outside or his bed/blanket. His familiar things will draw him.

Also check thoroughly in your house. My childhood cat was an explorer and found his way into, yes inside our ceiling through a small space next to the stairwell landing. He also tore open a sealed hole in the wall where we were renovating and working on the plumbing and made his way under the bathtub. We had to tear out the bathtub to get him out.

Look up outside. He could be anywhere from on a roof, an awning, or in trees. My childhood cat used to get stuck everywhere! But he was vocal so we always found him.

Also check in all cabinets, the drier, the dishwasher, anywhere he may have crawled into that could have shut behind him.

Your cat has been kept indoors for six years? No wonder he is now enjoying his freedom. He is exploring the world! A cat is a natural hunter, and there are small animals out there! He has been "missing" for what? Five days! He will come "home" eventually.

He was born feral, and his family is outside, but he has already been in several fights with the other cats. I heard them, and I am concerned he might be injured. I guess they don't remember him.

I brought him inside after his neuter when he was 6 months old. Him and his family are all part of a TNR program, and we have always taken care of them. We do have other cats inside that we have rescued as well.

We know he's outside. Believe me, we know how well cats can hide. I wish he were.

I was just outside feeding the TNR colony just now. (only 4 cats, not including Tiger) Shook the bag, and called his name. Everyone came but him.
