hi thanks for the advice i have tried the focus technique a few times but i do need my spells to work so will definetly try and meditate before casting a spell i do put all my feelings in a spell they are not spells for wealth ect just to help me in certain situations but still they dont work

i thought how im going to cast spells when im ready cause i just started..im a tree in a rain storm my roots obsorbs the water witch is a trees energy visualize it in me now send it out like a flowing stream from the fingertips telling it what to do and putting thoughts and feeling into the stream and thats that u help me alot!
