and its true, without believing in something, you wouldn't understand it...

yes, at times just mind can control coincidences, tools mostly help a lot, though it doesn't mean it is the main key for the spell to work.
remember you are a caster, you have ESP.

I have just joined this site and I have always been a fairly calm clear minded person and I've tried in the past 3 days to at least visualize and feel my energy and the energy around me but I have yet to feel or sense any energy at all I might feel a slight warmth come up but then it dissapates and I'm left with a cold feeling around my body or where I was trying to channel the energy I have tried very hard yet no results. Any help would be appreciated.
