A fear of everything

After finding this site i have been worked up. I feel as though I fear everything. Could someone give me a chant to banish fear?

Have you searched around the site for any? Better yet, why not write one yourself? It would be more personal and better for you, using your energy in the writing and the reading.

I don't know what you have studied in magic, but if you are a beginner, spell work is not what you should be doing. Start with the basics. I know frome experience, meditation can help rid fear. It is also a great place to start when studying magic.

You have to learn the basics first, before you chant or cast a spell.

Search the forums for meditation, centering, grounding, energy manipulation, and visualization to get you started.

Magic won't banish fear as fear can not be helped at given times. It is something that occurs naturally but you can eventually get over different fears periodically in life as you grow and become more aware & understanding of the things around you.

It may not be a magical chant of itself, but the litany against fear of the Bene Gesserit from the novel, "Dune" could be useful to you. It goes thusly:

" I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain
."

You might also consider doing personal shields for yourself to keep negativity away from you so that you aren't feeling so scared.

But if you find that your fears are controlling your life so much that you aren't able to enjoy yourself or do the things that you want to do you might also want to be evaluated by a medical professional to see if they can help you get at the root of your anxiety and help you deal with it.
