Spirits-Happen to anyone?
To start of I write down all my experiences so they stay fresh in my mind but this past week the amount of activity has increased in my house, however when I try to explain what i've seen to my family my mind clouds up and automatically it tries to debunk what I know I saw so then the next day I start questioning myself even thought half of my knows it was real plus. I have always been a believer and had an open mind so why is it I feel like basically my mind is automatically turning against me when it comes to these topics? Is it natural human nature even thought I keep my mind open and is there a way to try stop myself from debunking what I know I see.

Everyone has their good and bad days when it comes to experiences, and you might just be having a bad time with them right now. Wait it out and see if anything changes. There's also the possibility for things to get better without you pushing it.

Additionally, with spirit experiences, in my own life and happenings, they remind me a lot of memories and dreams. Mostly in the way that sometimes it's very hard to remember them regardless of what I think about myself and my own abilities.

And you say that you write down all of your experiences? This is good, it's actually a method of practice to help remember dreams more often and in greater detail and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it helps you keep clearer memories and thoughts on the spirits you're encountering. Don't stress over it too much and keep doing what you're doing.

Skepticism is healthy in moderation. One day, you won't be able to debunk it and you'll have no choice but to accept that what you experienced was real. Give it time. And an increase is good. It is likely because you are acknowledging your experiences. When we acknowledge something we are giving it more importance in our minds and therefore our perception widens and picks up on that subject faster and more often.

I have found that there are many houses where I live that houses spirits with the living unknown-est. I have seen spirits/ghosts/lost souls whatever you may call them since I was 3 years old. I have a friend that told me that I have two young girl spirits with me at all times. I have never seen them though. I feel that sometimes they help guide us. Other times I'm not sure?
