it might be possible even people who dont believe in magic believe that strange things happen just out of will power and it is a lot more common than any thing we discused.lol i guess i better change my percentages.
okay just tryed elimental recompasition...i could change the drops into wind for a few minutes and fire for an even shorter time but it is magic that is beyond my ability and i ended up kinda doing it by accident...
Sorry I haven't been able to do much research. I've been at band camp. I just read part of the article. My guess would be that a powerful person who didn't believe in magic did it by accident. Maybe because of a strong emotion(probably anger or hate). I used to do stuff like that. I'm not saying I'm powerful or anything I'm just saying that at times my magic had free rein. I've gotten really angry and had stuff fly off shelves. This person would have to be very very powerful.
Or some one who can control the earth (rocks, dirt...) could have done it.

To answear catty ? There were several case where it came down like rain. Then rherre were case it came from the celieng inside a house.I think there wasa whole paragraph on how they think the rocks cam therw some sorta field
well this puzzles me. every where i check leads to dead ends... mabey there just isnt an answer for everything. the only thing we know for sure is that it was magic im thinking it was an inexperianced user so elemental recompasition is out looking at what we got so far it looks like catty is right... or at least more right than anyone so far...
Well everything has a answear (or at least I believe that) ok im willing to go along with catty tho fire 2 wind was cool.
