well it is kinda sketchy because ive never actuly done it my self but ive read of the belief of the five eliments (water, fire, earth, air, lightning) however even though the eliments are very difrent it is believed that there are only flimzy difrences so if one knew what he was doing he could change eliments in to difrent eliments like fire to lightning or in this case water to earth to put all this in short elimental recompisition.

i may be wrong but consitering that it was pebbles its a 70% chance that im right even when i cant confirm if elimental recompisition works or not over the 10% chance that it was transportation and just to spare you the question the other 20% is the chance of anything we havent thought of yet.

Could it be that someone with a lot of power, tought of those rocks falling, used a spell and they became real or something?
I've red about making things out of nothing of projecting an image out of your head so it becomes reality but does it really excists or is it just fantasy??

it might be possible even people who dont believe in magic believe that strange things happen just out of will power and it is a lot more common than any thing we discused.lol i guess i better change my percentages.

okay just tryed elimental recompasition...i could change the drops into wind for a few minutes and fire for an even shorter time but it is magic that is beyond my ability and i ended up kinda doing it by accident...

Sorry I haven't been able to do much research. I've been at band camp. I just read part of the article. My guess would be that a powerful person who didn't believe in magic did it by accident. Maybe because of a strong emotion(probably anger or hate). I used to do stuff like that. I'm not saying I'm powerful or anything I'm just saying that at times my magic had free rein. I've gotten really angry and had stuff fly off shelves. This person would have to be very very powerful.
Or some one who can control the earth (rocks, dirt...) could have done it.
Then there's Garra's explanation. I didn't know that was possible. I'll have to try it sometime.
