How to heal?

i know a way to heal that works for me. hold your hands over the place that needs healing. visulize you energy flowing out from your hands and to the other person

or

hold your hands on the top of the other persons head and visulize good energy flowing out from your hands and filling the person with good energy and all the bad energy flowing out of the other persons feet.

Yes, I would also like to know a powerful healing spell. But not for a simple cold and flu, but for an incurable condition that my mother suffers from. She is very ill and I greatly wish to help her get better in some way. This spell really cannot contain any fire and overly scented things like incense because she is allergic. A spell to aid mental illness would also be greatly appreciated and should be like what I mentioned above.
