for me controling water becomes very easy up to the point where i can control blood. oh and spells to hurt someone are more powerful during a full moon.

Regarding spells on the full moon, its at its peak of energy, so any spell can be done really. When the moon is waxing [becoming full] its ideal to do spells for things you want attracted to you such as money or friends. When it is waning [decreasing in size] its best to do spells to send things away like banishments or weight loss. Curses are also said to be good around this time.

I don't know if spells help with psychic abilities, look into chakra meditation [open all of them from root to crown, don't just focus on the third eye] there's also exercises you could try to rely on your clairvoyant side over your logical size.

About your element, you should connect with all the elements. People begin closer with two [sometimes three] elements. The first is the one you are born under [see your zodiac sign, there's an element associated with it] the second is the one you feel drawn to. You are not limited to these elements, it just means you have a better connection and working with them will be easier.
