When I say really bad, I mean really bad. Life altering really. What she's done has changed me into a different person and while I'd love to curse her, I won't because I believe exactly what you said. She would not be able to defend herself. However, I do think that a guilt hex in addition to the banishing spell would certainly be in order. She has caused me unbelievable pain.
