I am currently in the research stage of my path, and I have a question. If someone has done something really bad to you, and created extremely negative energy in your life, is it wrong to hex them? I know about the Threefold rule, and I understand right from wrong, but I've also read that you should rid yourself of negative energy. If that person is the root of the negative energy, does the Threefold rule still apply?
thank everyone whose posted, or will post, for their guidance. I need this more than anything right now. I am in alot of pain. If someone can message me privately, I'm not sure if that is possible, I can explain and maybe receive further guidance.
I definitely won't discuss the threefold law because that is a matter of belief, and I do not believe it.
But! I will say that if someone has done something very bad and created negativity in your life, the best solution to this is to banish them and their inherited negativity away from you, your work/school/home, and those you associate yourself with. Making sure you and them are far apart physically and magically is a great start.
I do not find magick an excuse for not living life as usual. They did something to you that I'm sure was not a secret ritual behind closed doors leaving you no ability to defend yourself. Throwing a curse at someone that doesn't practice magick is the equivalent of punching them in the back of the head. You have to realize that they can't fight back and what they did probably doesn't equal what your curse could do. Such things should be reserved for serious things that are criminal. And those things should be handled in the best way possible physically first. You can curse them while they're being taken away in handcuffs. :)
When I say really bad, I mean really bad. Life altering really. What she's done has changed me into a different person and while I'd love to curse her, I won't because I believe exactly what you said. She would not be able to defend herself. However, I do think that a guilt hex in addition to the banishing spell would certainly be in order. She has caused me unbelievable pain.
