Hello. I need help. I was born with multiple kinesis abilities (not going to specify), and every month at the full moon they get hard to control. Like they aren't already. My emotions are strongly linked to them and when I get angry or have panic attacks things happen. Again, not going to specify. But I have to be outside on the next full moon for an event that occurs every year and that I've been doing every year since I was young, and I need help. Is there anything (herbs, spells, etc.) that could neutralize the moon's effect on me? Anything will be appreciated.

Since none of the forms of kinesis have been shown to be anything other than the result of fantasy novels you don't have anything to worry about. What it seems is that you have convinced yourself that you have "powers" that don't exist in the real world.

On the other hand, it is known that the full moon does have an effect on our emotions. Given the combination of panic attacks and that you've convinced yourself that something bad always happens at the full moon, you have set up emotional triggers that are going to make you very uncomfortable. You might look into mindfulness meditation as a way of controlling your emotional swings and relieve your anxiety.

Gonna agree with Lark here.

Kinesis abilities aren't proven. I believe they exist to a certain level, but not where they can be generally harmful or a real issue. It is easy though to think you are causing things to occur. However, if you are that worried...you can always doing a binding on your abilities. More than anything it would be like a placebo pill.

Okay. Let me clarify. The strongest is atmokinesis. Call it a coincidence, tell me it's not real. Fine. Whatever. But the weather changes with my emotions. Just around me. Nowhere else. I'm not looking for attention and I was reluctant to put this question out here in any case, because nobody believes what's happened to me. I understand. Maybe I should take my question elsewhere. But I don't feel what happens to me is a "coincidence". Yesterday had a 20% chance of rain. That morning at around 1 I had a panic attack. That afternoon brought on severe storms. Call it fake, but it's not the first time something like that has happened. I can make the wind blow stronger and stop all together, I can make clouds disappear, I can make rain stop or makes cloudy day sunny. If you don't believe me or you think I'm just a stupid mediocre person, fine. I don't care. But this is a serious thing in my life and I need help.

I've played with weather magick. It is very limited. It is possible to influence the weather, but never to extreme levels. Most also don't actually refer to it as Atmokinesis. There is a kinesis name for everything these days...all BS from fictional things. The more likely explanation is that the weather influences you subconsciously. When I was younger, I used to think the same thing. Later I realized it was the other way around. You pick up on subtle energies of the weather as a survival trait...it then affects you emotionally because we don't need such survival skills anymore as most of us have a roof over our heads and don't have to rely on good weather to survive.

Okay, I respect that answer. Thank you for not telling me I'm just imagining everything like most people do. If I understood that answer well. Let's forget everything I've said since no one thinks its real and get down to the main point of this thread. Is there anything I can do to neutralize the effects of the moon? Herbs, spells, anything.

Only things that can help calm you down like meditation, binary beats designed for stress relief (youtube) or maybe curling up with a good book? St. John's Wort is a good herb for anxiety, mood issues and stress that you can get from the health food store or even Walmart in pill form. Always ask a doctor though first before taking an herbs.

Try any of the above you can. You are gonna have to try to find something that works for you. My mom-in-law used to work in a hospital. Said the Full Moon always had the most patients coming in...so there is truth to the moon affecting people. How you choose to deal with it, is up to you.

One thing that you might find helpful is either wearing or carrying some hematite. That particular stone is good for calming and grounding you and keeping you emotionally stable. That might give you some relief from the effects you feel from the moon.
