I'd say protect your bedroom, bed, and yourself and see if they stop. If they do, you won't have to worry about them anymore. If you continue to have them, then you can consider their importance psychologically and spiritually.
To me, it seems like you are in a faze of transition. The river is like a gate holding you back. But it isn't as binding as a gate. So it isn't that it is impossible to cross, but that you have yet to earn the right to cross. The chanting figure and pentagram thing reminds me of sacrifice or a rough initiation, maybe both. Both sacrifice and intiation involve a goal achieved, albeit unpleasantly.
Consider where you are on your path in both life and spirituality. I think you are anticipating taking your situation to the "next level" but you're not quite there yet to be able to achieve it. The white wolf is patient though and he teaches teamwork and family values. Wolves don't roam alone, they always have their kin nearby.
