Me too. I overheard my mom talking to her friend about "That's crazy Wiccan lady who'd been living in the apartment above her mother. Apparently since she left there's been supernatural stuff goin' on in there. Right before she moved out she asked her to help clean up her stuff. It was a bunch of evil materials and books! I went in there a week later, and there was a brand new witchcraft book right in the drawer!! Well at night I see this spirit of this monster come out of the ventilation and camo at me, and it runs back to the drawer where the book had been hidden!! Well anyways, one of my co-workers who is, what do you call them, Wiccans?, checked it out and said that there was some type of spirit portal and that she would have difficulty in destroying it." Then my mom went on to describe how much she despised anything of the type and how she wouldn't even look at tarot cards on tv. That put me over the edge, but I kept my cool and acted as if I was completely oblivious. I almost worked up the courage later to ask if she still had the book from her mothers house(my moms friends mother) and if I could borrow it but I realized that an infinite torrent of resentment towards me would stem from if my mom or dad found out.

I would love to be friends and help you on your wiccan path. I have a son about your age.

Hello I am also new to this website and to Wicca. I didn't start getting serious with it until recently. I would also like to be your friend and maybe we can help each other out and learn together in the future.

I would love to be anyone's friend here. I'm kind of new, I've been secretly practicing Wicca for I don't know how many years, but I'm just now deciding to really commit to what I've been doing, and it is frowned upon by my brother, even though my family isn't religious.

My parents don't approve of wicca either. They are catholic. I practice in secret, but sometimes the catch me and they yell insults at me. They say it's "devil's work" and "doesn't exist, an illusion" I would like to be your friend.

I think it's often easy for people to judge things they don't understand. you will find that people here will help you learn and grow and will accept you and befriend you. You are not alone... :)

Feel free to mail me. I have been into Wicca for a while, though I have no chosen path (Gardenarian, Dianic, etc.). I went with witchcraft first, then looked into the religion. So yeah, friends we can be. BB

Hi, I'm 16 this year too and I am completely new to this. I would like to be your friend, and would really appreciate any help in beginner magic. Thank you so much. :)My parents don't know about this but they wouldn't really kill me over it, they just don't believe in magic and say there is always an explanation for these things. I hope someone can guide me in this because I don't really know where to start! Also it's really difficult to find candles and magic aid stuff where I live. :/ so I'm probably going to have to start with basic energy spells, any advice?
