Actually none of those spells are going to work. Magic is far more subtle than that. If you truly want to learn about what magic can and cannot do and how one goes about actually doing a spell I would recommend the following books:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
There is a spell for the darkening of a room or rather a form of darkness/shadow kinesis mentioned somewhere on this site, though it's name escapes me at the moment, yet just because the spell is posted on this site doesn't make it legit, the werewolf spells being a prime example. You may think that spells such as the werewolf spell must be legit because they may be highly rated, but anyone can rate a spell and sometimes rare them by how well they're written rather than legitimacy. All the spells you suggest are impossible for multiple reasons.
The spell to see better and the werewolf spell both involve altering your physical form/DNA which is impossible. Astral projection takes dedication and isn't a skill that can be improved by magick or it would be a highly utilized spell. As for making a area darker I can't see the point in such a spell but it would involve altering another's perception or a light source in order to make a space appear darker, nether of which is possible.
