These are words, but where's the rest?
For a spell to work, you need to gather energy somehow. A spell requires will (your desire for it to work), visualization (visualize it actually working), and intention (a clear idea of what you hope to accomplish). Think about your intent with this spell. Why do you want to curse this person?
You could chant these words to gather energy, burn candles of colors associated with your intent, or visualize the spell working.
These are not all requirements, but you need to at least somehow put energy into this spell; in other words, there is more to a spell than just the script.
That spell seems a little unfinished. Also, it's not a great idea to 'curse' anyone just because you're mad at them or don't like them. Sending negative energy out to someone usually brings negative energy back. Now, if it was a spell out of protection or self defense, those type of 'curses' or negative spells are ok because you're not doing it solely out of hate or anger, but to look out for your own well being. Magick shouldn't be used to hurt or curse anyone just because you 'feel like it' or some 'made you mad'
