Well , I still dont know what you want to do. Check out the newbies stuff first, read and look around on the website. Try meditating. Something Ive found helpful is that you lay down on your bed or couch or somewhere comfortable. Then loosen your body up from toe to head. When you reach your head you can try making weird faces to loosen up your face muscles. Keep your eyes closed and in the end youll feel calm and peaceful. Take your time doing this.
