I hate to rain on your night parade, but one cannot become a demon It's simply impossible. We are physically only able to be humans on this plane.

agreed, you are human, you were born human, will live as a human and die as a human. no amount of chanting under a full moon will change this. even if it is a yokai, it's still impossible, we are two different things, like breading a rabbit and a bear it will not work. you should study magick and learn what it can and can't do before posting spells.
