Take a class in Tai Chi, Aikido, Chi Kung or Reiki. Yoga, if you get a good instructor, includes energy manipulation. If you don't want to take a class try videos or books on any of these subjects. Mantak Chia's work is among the best. A lot of his information is on YouTube.

You could learn to feel your energy. As you learn to you will feel your energy more and more. At some point you should start trying to manipulate it. This is by feeling the flow of energy and willing it to do some thing; for example, form a ball or flow in different patterns. The better you get with more and more practice the easier it gets, and the more extensive manipulations you can do; even those eith energy outside your body. Of course, there are practices to which you can gradually learn to manipluate energy. For example, centering and grounding both involve the movement of energy for the purpose to be done. Even if you don't know how to manipulate energy you can get them done and over time and practice learn energy manipulation in the process.
