Nearly all the movies and TV shows show little bits of real magic, they pick them out from what has been written as "dramatic". But always remember that they are fiction; for entertainment. For the most part they are not true!

Charmed does have some real magickal attributes though they're dramatized. An example is crystal/pendulum scrying as I've never seen scrying in a movie to my knowledge. Charmed and Practical Magick both mention the use plants/herb in magick though unrealistically especially in Charmed. Both also mention, though I this case mainly Charmed, the use of magickal tools like candles, symbols, etc...and while fanciful I enjoy the Charmed poetry style spells as I believe they're what inspired me in writing my own spells.

Movies:
I've watched the Craft. It's not that good. There is some fluff in it. Overall it had a nice plot, but I didn't enjoy it.
Harry Potter and movies like it don't portray magic and practices like they are.
Tv Shows:
Supernatural- I like the show, not how it portrays pagans.
Merlin- Don't even bother watching it. It doesn't have historical or magical accuracy. And their portrayal of Morgan LeFay is just.. ugh.

Unfortunately there aren't that many movies that accurately portray Pagan and Wiccan beliefs and practices, none come to my mind I'm afraid, sorry.
