ive been on this website for like 4 months i dont know how to properly use my magic and i dont know if i even have any cos i cant even make a psi ball somebody please help me to develop my magic

You don't develop magick you are born with it. Magick is energy and we're all composed of it. You should try the newbie central and read up on the basics. Many posts and articles should help you with that and many other things too.

Learn your basics.

Visualization
Meditation
Grounding/Shielding/Centering
Chakras
Circle Casting
Tools
Days of the Week
Moon Phases
Herbalism

Go and research these. Practice each one everyday. We are not going to spoonfeed you. You have to make an effort to learn the ways of the art.

Aw hun not to sound harsh but it's not instant oatmeal, it takes a long time and a lot of dedication to practice keep trying and you must believe in yourself and in the power in which you are trying to yield. I am not trying to upset anyone because there are a lot that know way more then I that are very young but research is were you should start first, you must have knowledge of the thing if you wish to learn the thing and in time control the thing.
This by no means mean that you are unable to doing it now but most who are young that have certain abilities were usually born with them so don't give up but please don't think it is going to happen overnight so to speak. I myself have not yet produced a psi ball but I do have other abilities that I am going to hone that I was born with and want to use to help others. You never know, you may find you have a gift the just needs a little help with coaching, but don't ever give up, if you are true to the craft, then the craft will bless you back. Blessed Be
