If we are about to suggest any herbs and using certain foods as medicine to help in the case, we will need more information .
What is the overall physical condition of this man ?
Is he overweight ?What is his food diet ?Does he have some sort of disorders and illnesses ?How old is he ?What percent of his count are alive (most ,half some ,few or none )?Are there any hormonal problems ?
What is the level of his depression ?(1 to 10 count ).
Being unable to physically produce seed isn't impossible to treat as their are many factors and causes of male impotence and sterility. Both of which are very treatable under the right conditions including a strict herbal regimen but more importantly significant changes in lifestyle, diet, and routine. A balanced diet is crucial in regulating and stimulating the body's hormone levels which contribute greatly on the body as a whole but the body's reproductive system as well. Furthermore a common cause of male impotence and sterility is often caused by erratic routines and harmful levels of stress both mentally and physically whether a person confronts and admits it or not.
Contributing factors of impotence and or sterility in general include:
Mental and Physical Exertion, Fatigue, and Exhaustion i.e. (Stress)
Substance abuse of any kind including illicit drugs and Alcohol but common ones like Caffeine and other stimulants as well like steroids
High Blood Pressure
Depression and other mental illnesses
Pesticides and Environmental factors that lower sperm count and cause sterility
Processed foods that lower sperm count and cause hormone imbalance
Unstable or Unbalanced Diet (Not receiving proper balance of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals for the body to function optimally)
Sexually Transmitted Infections
I would recommend examining the above factors and start making appropriate changes accordingly to lifestyle and diet. In addition I can recommend a sexual reproductive tonic that should be taken consistently using the cycle of seven meaning taking the tonic six days of the week but reserving one day without to allow the body to adapt and regulate it's systems. This tonic can be taken in one of two ways either once a day in tincture form or two to three times a day in tea form.
The tonic is a combination of these herbs:
1 part Fo Ti (Polygonum multiflora)
1 part Maca (Lepidium meenii)
1 part Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)
1 part Schisandra (Schisandra chinesis)
1 part Damiana (Turrneria aphrodisiaca)
1/2 part Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
To make this tonic in tincture form add one ounce of each herb except one half ounce of Licorice in a 16 oz. mason jar and cover with 100 or 80 proof vodka or brandy. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously. Let sit for 2-4 weeks shaking several but at least once daily. Afterwards filter through cheese cloth and store in a dark colored bottle and label accordingly.
To make this tonic in tea form bring a pot of water to a gentle boil then remove from heat and add a half ounce of each of these herbs except on quarter ounce of Licorice root, and steep for five to eight minutes, then strain.
To take in tincture form take two tablespoons of the tonic tincture in a cup of water, fruit or vegetable juice. To take in tea form drink two to three cups a day. Remember whether you take either in tincture or tea form to take for only six days a week and allow one day off. In general repeat this dose cycle for one to two months and then attempt to conceive, continue taking the tonic until conception. You can also use this tonic in smaller doses to promote sexual reproductive health in general in both men and women. Please use caution and discontinue use if there are any adverse effects, and do proper research before hand on these herbs to familiarize yourself with them and their herbal properties and actions.
Lastly in addition to the medicinal aspects of the issue, it's doesn't hurt to pray and make offerings to fertility gods and spirits and ask for their help and blessings in trying to conceive a child. I wish you the best of luck.

I would suggest lots of meditation to help relieve stress as much as possible. Then go get a doctor to make sure you're not sterile because if you are then sorry mate not gonna happen. Now if it is still possible there are a number of herbs to help you out: Lemon Balm or a bit of Mistletoe just to name two. There are more, but you can go do your own research.
