Does anyone know any stones (or anything) that help with panic attacks or helps calm the nerves?

i have panic/anxiety attacks. The treatment for them relies on the cause. Is it because of crowd anxiety? Spiritual affairs? Spirits im general? Love problems? Family? What i do for my attacks is i usually go to an area that i trust. And being by myself helps a lot.. But my lover helps more i would think. I don't know how to help you if i don't know the cause.. merry meet i had these problems to the heart pains fears that cause them i got put on latuda and celexa these are mental issues mental health or your doctors should address but-bannanas contain tryptophan and vitamin b6 it raises serotonin elliviateing depression so does putting lavender in your bath/ pillows smelling it take your self to a happy memory close your eyes count back from 100 invisioning your self on vacation at the beach or happy memory or lean forward and grunt it works so does GOD/GODDESS symbols eggs milk almonds water sunlight a peaceful quiet day at a park these balance the psyche you could be empathic like me in which case others emotional state effects your own you need to be able to ground center and focus your emotions put up a invisioned force field to block them those things above should help merry yule and happy new year blessed be )O(

There are several stones that can help with panic attacks and anxiety. You might want to carry one or two of them with you at all times to help calm you. And then if you should feel a panic attack coming on you can hold one in your hand and concentrate on the feeling of calm coming from the stone.

Agate (especially blue lace agate) - considered calming, soothing stones

Aquamarine - it is used for calming the nerves

Celestite ? is a peace stone, it reduces stress and provides a sense of relaxation, bringing with it peace of mind

Green Jade - serves to calm and soothe

Hematite - Many people believe that hematite is a strong "grounding" stone, to help people feel calm and centered, and increase the ability to concentrate. It is reputed to be calming and soothing, which makes it a good choice for "worry" stones.

Rose Quartz - Associated with peace, gentleness, calmness, and harmony.

Of course using stones in this way is simply like applying a bandage to a wound. It helps temporarily but it doesn't cure the problem. I hope that you are also seeking out appropriate medical treatment to help you deal with your fears and anxiety so that over time you can stop having these attacks.

Before i know how to help you, you must tell me what kind of panic attacks? Normal panic,panic of the dark,any other panic? Now small tip for you. Maybe it is only alot of bad spirits around you.If that is it try to put more colurs,positive items,lucky charms...Don't use black magic.Try to put chicken bone in every room in your house.Stones:well first tell me sort of panic.

The type of panic attacks I get is related to my senses...I sense somthing bad about to happen, or I'm worried, or something from my past has come up, etc.

When you feel an attack coming on, find a place to sit, or lean and inhale a cleansing breath. As you exhale, say to yourself, "Everything is fine". Repeat this until your breathing is inder control. I really think this will help. Breathe in to count of 4, breathe out count of 6. Just remember" Everything is fine"

The most important thing is to ground and center daily (if not twice a day). Also chanting/mantras help a lot. Pick one that is soothing. Om is a good one for many reasons. A big one is, its simple and you can't forget it! =)
But read up on how to breathe correctly (called "complete breath"), what Om means and how to chant it correctly (Ah (vibrates in the gut) au/oo (vibrates in the diaphram) mmm (vibrates in the head)). That matters a lot. Its triggering the energy throughout your entire body.

Well i had dark panic attacks i saw shapes,heard voices...And your panic attack can be only your strong intuition what will/was/is happening and you must take that as ability.But if they are to panic dring relaxing tea and put very hot stones (any kind of rock) they do relax.
