there are plenty of people on here who do, and have written past forums about it. scroll through and you'll find something. myself, i'd look for a book that goes with your deck, different decks can have different meanings and names. for instance, in my dragon deck the pentagram suit is the suit of coins.
if you're referring to reading fortunes with playing cards, again you can find a book, but you can also google search it.

Well it depends on which spread (layout) you are doing. But normally each spread will give you instructions on where to place the card and what number it is. So what you do is you read card number one first and add together the meaning of the card, the question or what the other person wants to be answered, the spread spot of the card, and even some knowledge you know of the person.
It takes time to understand how to do this and add together the information so give it time if you are new.
