I've been trying to astral project, but whenever I try, I either fall asleep or get frustrated. Today I took it extra slow, meditated, then layed down fore comfort. I relaxed all my muscles one by one. But when I try, my breathing gets deeper for some reason and I can't focus. But I got close, I felt extremely relaxed. But I didn't hit to hypagognic(?) state. I tried telling myself I was feeling lighter. I pictured myself watching myself. I tried the rope method. I felt a pull when I tried the rol out method. But there was pressure on my chest. Like I couldn't leave because of that pressure.
Any tips, or ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
