this is just a simple task to ground and center yourself. First find a solid place to sit and relax just meditate for a few seconds (or minutes) breath slowly and feel you're feet dig into the ground as if they were roots imagine this for a while.Really feel it ok this was step one you have now grounded yourself simple yeah! Try not to get nervous and gittery when sitting down you must literally be as calm and still as a tree for it to work.
