Write down a list of all the things you have done or are doing that bring you joy.
Healing occurs when you increase peace and joy in your life, but this is something that one has to be proactive about. If you wait around hoping to one day be happy, that day may never come. You must create more happiness, joy, and peace for yourself.
Start by identifying what it is in your life that makes you happy, where you forget about depression, and then get busy making sure that happens for yourself *every day*. Sometimes it's a matter of reprogramming yourself. Best of luck.
