Personally I think whoever told you they were in another dimension lied. You cannot bring TV or video game characters to life. Not possible, if that's what you're looking for.

as they have all sayed you can't bring something into this world by magic you can minipulate fire, summon spirits, astrial project, ect. but it would take emens amounts of energy just to create a little bit of matter that didn't previously exist. so i would go back restudy the basics or if you haven't already read them very soon it will help you in your magical quest.

I also would like to Make a Character real as I'm a bit of a writer and I would like to have some of My own Characters that I create become real from time to time.

But I would like them to be real to me and only me

I'll try that as I have got a few books on Dreams with on how to have Lucid dreams in and I may need to try and keep them in my mind

Ok, this is 4 years old. It's been answered [and lucid dreaming was previously mentioned] no, you cannot cast a spell and bring a work of fiction to life. You could try lucid dreaming or pooling energy into a thoughtform that resembles the character. This would not be a real person, more of an imaginary friend.

Imagination is a powerful thing but it cannot create life.
