Witch? how do you know?
I want to know how can you tell if your a witch or not? Ever Since I was little I have always had a thing or a connection with magic. Not only that but I had feelings of when things would happen or what people were thinking. Is there a clear way to tell if your a witch or not and if you are what should you train with the most?

there's no visible wart to tell if you're a witch or not, many people define the word "witch" differently, if you think you are a witch then you are, it's almost that easy. There are many types of witch like, cottage or kitchen witch, wiccan, solitary witch..these are just a few example. in my opinion you should keep training with the basics everyday

It means you are a naturally born witch. Or the main term, "born witch".
You will have an edge in picking up anything in magickal practice or divination and catching on very quickly.

In my opinion if you find yourself practicing witchcraft then you're a witch. There's nothing biological or etherically different about witches, except they're willing to put in the effort of being a witch. This is just my opinion of course.

However there are those who subscribe to the idea of witches being "a race apart", I believe the Stregheria tradition subscribes to this theory through the depictions in "Aradia or the Gospel of the Witches", and possibly so do the Clan of Tubal Cain through the biblical descendant of Cain, though I'm not sure and wouldn't want to give a false impression of their beliefs and practices.

If you Google "red thread witchcraft" you'll get a number of websites with views both supporting and debunking this theory.
