If your interested in Nocturnal Magick i suggest reading anything you can find by Konstantinos. He is a amazing author who specializes in the subject.

Konstantinos is a controversial author. Some of what he writes is fantastic, other parts are on the line of fantasy. One of the very first books I read on magick was one of his. It was the only one in my neighborhood's public library.
He's definitely not a fluffy bunny in the lovey dovey sense.

From what you described, I would suggest you look into very natural magick, "folk magick" or "low magick" as it's called. Magickal practice involving lots of ritual or sitting inside the house over a candle won't feel as right to you as sitting in the grass with the moon as your light source chanting softly on the wind.

I used google to look up low magic. All I got was a book on it. I found nothing but a book purchase link over and over.
Do you know where I can start to look. And google is no help.

You say you have many Wiccan friends? You could also try second-hand bookshops, and your local public library. What books they haven't got they can usually order from other libraries. In the US you have the biggest library system in the world! Don't be afraid of asking for books on the occult. The librarian will not be shocked! They have heard it all! And then some!

There are many books on low magick and folk magick. Try your local library or browse your bookstores (no need to buy them, just read while you're there). You can find it on the internet but unfortunately in order to identify it there, you will have to first gain a firm understanding of it. Googling the terms will get you garbage.

Low magick is any magick that is nature based (herbs, gemstones, animals, etc), sympathetic, folk magick, green witchcraft, shamanic, and if it does have ceremony it is usually intuitively ceremonial. Low magick can be practiced by any path and is as old as magick itself.
Candle magick is considered low magick because it is sympathetic. But what I am suggesting for you is more leaning toward natural ways of low magick involving the use of nature itself for your tools and methods.

High magick is quite the opposite. Its highly ceremonial, step by step, and usually has some form of religious affiliation.

WhiteRaven has given good advice. And another word of warning. High magick is not only "ceremonial". It can also be extremely dangerous! Especially to the Mind. It can, and has often happened, drive you insane! Be very, very careful of high magick!
