So, my question is: Can I chant in my languange?

Unless it's some kabalistic ritual, in which case you should chant all the phrases in their original Hebrew language as presented.

Yes you can chant in your language, it may probably even make things easier for you, than having to concentrate in words or toungue twisters you aren't accustomed to.
