you need a double good luck rain hex sign to make it rain-- buy one from wil char the hex place---call them they have some left--you nail it up outside and than the rain comes/ i specialize in dutch hex sign magic-- go to this link to learn--http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dutchmagic/

If youre a beginner at magic, then saying an incantation won't bring any rain, and it especially won't work instantly. Itd take a few days for even an experienced caster. I suggest you write your own rain spell, and if you're a beginner, use a candle or other tool. Before u do the spell mediate, and focus your energy, then visualize what you want the spell to do, do the spell, then afterwards forget about it and don't think about it. Just let it happen.

If you aren't a Beginner, then you should be writing this on your own. Write your own Spell!
