I guess it depends on how much you trust the reader. If i trusted them deeply and if i knew they were one hundred percent honest and righteous, i would probably consult with them again and ask what the hold-up is and get advice on how you should act.
Problem is that many readers of questionable repute will just tell you what you want to hear. That makes you happy, makes you pleased with the reading, and the benefits to the reader are apparent. For every excellent, ethical reader, there are probably a dozen that are scammers of some sort.
Reconciliation is probably one of the toughest categories of magic. Usually by the time a relationship ends, both parties have been through a lot of garbage. Repairing that damage is oftentimes beyond the scope of a spell, counselling, deep conversation, and heartfelt promises. Often the effort to repair a relationship comes years or months too late.
