When I meditated last night and asked my totem animal to appear, I lost conciousness and woke up underwater but could breathe. What does it mean if my totem animal is Elasmosaurus ?
I was deep underwater.
I did not mean Elasmosaurus, I meant Plesiosaur. Both look almost the same.
I took some time to find them. But when I still call him I find him.
What are this animals qualities or properties ?
I have also seen a dragon.
I would suggest talking to the animals you see. They will tell you what they are, what they do, etc. Also, research the animal if it is a real animal. For example--the dinosaur. You can find out a LOT online about him.
All I found was a youtube small video about Plesiosaur and Mosasaur combat.
As for my plesiosaur, he seems to be powerful underwater animal but his neck could be easily chop off with a enchanted sword, at least I think so.
Here is the video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0F8M1DhWEU
I hope you watch to understand what I mean.
Sorry but I have to ask a question of my own before I can answer this one, here on this site what is your difference between a spirit guide and a totem animal. I was always taught that totem animals are pre existing entities created by the belief of thousands over many years and watch over and protect people that share their personality traits when they are needed where as a spirit guide is a manifestation within the castors mind allowing guidance and insight into higher knowledge that is in tune with the castors true morals and personal goals. To me this sounds more like my definition of a spirit guide in which case I would follow Aelwyn's advice and talk to it. If it does not match that definition then I can't help much as there is not a defined totem animal (to my knowledge) for this animal and so does not carry pre defined characteristics although I would still agree with Aelwyn and just ask it, ultimately the most accurate answers will come from this animal, not anyone here as we are not connected to it.
