im in may but im tauruse but how do i control my elements how do i pick it up and crush it and stuff

2. You can do anything with a clear defined intent, without all the waving arms and incantations.
3. You're confusing elemental power with telekinesis.

he somewhat helped you. you need to start on something easy not something this hard. like try to move some paper (one small paper) or a coin.

well this may help you a little but you have to understand the elements and know where it's power is. like for EX. earth's power is all over the world. so you can take that earth energy for your self.
