Carrying a flask of alcohol with you is always a good idea,
you can find some excellent flasks here:

I get this too, the cold hands. I can't write for a while after and typing hurts. My hands are cold as I type this, lol. It's due mainly to poor circulation. Even if the weather isn't cold, if I've been sitting on my butt all day my hands will get stiff and cold. You gotta get up and get moving around. Wear socks and other clothing to keep in the heat. Visualization with red/orange/yellow stones helps a bit too.

I always have cold hands and feet (I like the saying "cold hands, warm heart"..heehee). I get those self-activating heat pads (you put them in your gloves or socks) and use them all the time. Helps to keep me toasty.

For typing at the computer, get fingerless gloves. :)

I'm not going to carry a flask with alcohol around though...
I'm only 16 and my parents wouldn't apreciate it at all,
I once drank 1 glass of beer and even that had them pissed off so... and I'm sure my school won't appreciate it either ^^
still thanks for the tips ^^

Learn to make psi balls..
Then all you gota do is keep your hands away from constant wind (so its easier to do)
And feel warmth growing to your hands, in the form of a warm energy ball.

ya, just focus your energy at your sternum, circling it around and adding more energy, then move it to the cold part. I have never really had to do that though...I usually have a temperature of 99-100. Doctors say its because of a chemical imbalance in my body, but I think that it is balanced just fine. :)

If you're having so much trouble with your hands that it effects your ability to even use them you need to be evaluated by a doctor to make certain that it isn't a medical problem that needs treatment. There are some medical conditions which present with the sorts of symptoms you're describing. So let your parents know about your problem and get them to have your doctor take a look at you.

Also, to those who recommended drinking alcohol for this problem, that is the absolute worst thing you can do. Drinking alcohol gives the feeling of being warm, but it actually constricts the blood vessels in the extremities and can make you more susceptible to thermal injuries such as frostbite.

Ok thanks for the tips ^^
and my parents know about it,
and though they complain when I touch them,
they don't see a problem in it so...
But I guess I could try to control my energy flow better...
