Contacting A Ghost

I was wondering, how do you contact a ghost. I know that there is one in my house, he(I know its a boy, because I saw him one night) has revealed himself in many ways, but has never talked to me, or harmed me. So I believe him to friendly. So my question is, how would I contact him.
