No, there isn't a rule in magick, that anything can happen. You heard that one wrong. YOU would know THAT if you researched more. No one can be in magick for a million years, because nobody lives that long-no, that is not possible, to live that long, you know?-
If this was to Brysing, I honestly think you should be ashamed of what you're saying, because he knows a lot more than you, definitely, and you should be learning from him, not telling him stuff like that. You don't even know what are you talking about.
And yeah, future can NOT be seen, because it may change in every moment. If someone looked at my future a few minutes ago, they'd say I'm gonna go outside to buy groceries, and that would be kind of correct for a minute or two, but than my sister came in, she bought all I needed so the future changed I'm not going out and buying groceries.
Maybe not the best example, but I think it clearly shows that future can be changed in any moment, so nobody can see the future, we can only see what already happened and what's happening.
So I really think that people shouldn't concentrate that much on looking at their past, because it's over, or looking at their future, because they'll never get it correct, they should concentrate on present, today, NOW, because it creates our future.

You can only see a option of the future, and even then it is very unlikely as free will takes change a lot.
The correct terms for the ability to see the future is divination, clairvoyance, prophecy, prognostication, and a few others. However, some of these work in different ways. Divination is more of a practice, 'forced' and learnt visions you could say. Prophecy is known as the natural way, as is Clairvoyance, but you can learn them too.
And if you want to practice futuresight as you call it, start with some basic excersizes first! Dont run head-first into it. I reccommend starting with your chakras associated with this
I would also like to reccommend a book that I have read, Becoming Clairvoyant - Cassandra Eason. Whether you are a beginner, expert, whatever; this book has tips for you. I bought it a year after I started to develop my clairvoyance abilities, and it helped me take another step up.
First Luna, chill out. I made this for some helpful advice, like the book suggestion is helpful, but your post was just to go off on Twizzle. I did not start this posts so that people could argue with each other.
The fact of the matter is that I believe that it is possible to see the future. I know that it is not definite and that the future is constantly changing, but I have had various experiences where I have seen the future. It hasn't always been exact but it was so close to what I saw that it couldn't have been mere coincidence.
So I understand that everyone believes in whatever they want to believe in. This is what I believe and I just want some helpful advice. If somebody says something that you don't agree with, keep it to yourself. Because honestly, and no offense to anyone, I don't care.
So to sum this up, if you are thinking about saying something that could be considered mean. Stop and back away because we don't care.

I think what every one experienced in this thread is trying to say is that the future is moldable. We can get a "sense" of what MAY happen, but it doesn't mean it will or has to. This "sense" can be used to avoid bad things, but its the very same as being cautious.
If glass is broken, you can predict that someone may hurt themselves with or without a gift. If you get a "sense" that it isn't a good idea to drive the car today, perhaps you are sensing there is a problem with your car. Or at the moment someone else is getting into their car under the influence of alcohol. Same with plane crashes. Planes just don't fall out of the sky, but your plane ticket is for one specific plane and if it has engine problems that the aircraft engineers don't know of or the pilot is under the weather, it could result in a plane crash.This isn't so much "predicting" as sensing the present and unconsciously processing a warning of the likely future effects.
When someone is ill and it's serious, there is a possibility they could die. You can see their death, and tell them to go to the doctor, which may very well save their life. You are sensing the PRESENT problem. Not the FUTURE. But it never the less is a valuable tool and should be noted.
For those desiring to develop intuition, everyone has it, its just a matter of identifying it and acknowledging it. The more we are aware of it, the more we accept it, and it will become sharper and easier to understand.
But you must understand, no one can see the future, they can only have educated guesses based off of present and past circumstances. So instead of looking to the future, live in the present! The "messages" you may receive are there to change the possible future, or to prepare for it IF it were to come.
If you are extremely accurate about bad occurrences then you're probably doing something wrong! The knowledge is there to change the ever moldable future. Not just sit back and watch it happen.
Most prophets had very obvious predictions. I'm not discrediting them, but how many years did it take for someone to match their predictions? I can say right now that a president will be assassinated among a crowd of people on a sunny day in Spring. How much of Nostrodamus' prediction did NOT happen in comparison to what did? Everyone ignores the inaccuracies and focuses on the things that did occurred. But what does that say about prophesizing the future? It's not to be counted on because the future continually changes. You should look into the butterfly effect.
you can try to relax in a calming place close your eyes and wait you could see various images and it may feel like your eye lids are opening but their not and thats where it gets difficult....at least for me
PS: dont try to look many years in the future, you'll start to second guess everything
Brysing, time is a line where the past, present and future all exist at once. We are like a train traveling on that line. Behind us is the past, the now is the present and the future of course ahead of us. That future 'can' be seen as it does exist,has existed and will exist long after we've past that point in time. He was ' not' mentioning specific events such as you noted.No storms,cars, planes or trains. His future was with things that he could 'not' have manipulated into being. Littlewiz msg me for help. Lastly brysing he did not say he 'had' his future read for him, he is the one who see's it and does not 'charge' for it.. Merely wants assistance in developing that power....
