If i have meant guilt i would say guilt.

Absence of guilt and none egoistical desire are different things.

Indeed they are, psychos are ones who just like killing without thinking about it.
Nex's type of killing is understanding what happens after death.. =]
Though I don't like violence..

"That last part depends on your personality and the circumstances, allie cat. For me if someone wrongs me or my family and I do nothing then I will beat myself up (mentally/emotionally) for it for several years at least. Getting revenge satisfies that part of me and delivers the message that they were wrong and that they ticked me off. But like I said, minor things should be over looked. If some guy slaps my sister he's dead. If some guy knocks over her milk and didn't mean to then I'll request he apologizes and if he doesn't I'll give him a lecture, but spilled milk doesn't call for violence. The revenge must be fitting to the crime if revenge is called for at all."--Rag

Yes it does depend on one's personality,(thats why I said my own beliefs) some people are strong enough to let things go without the need to seek vengeance or getting even, revenge is a vicious cycle. But I agree with you if someone hurt my family I would do something to make them pay, but nothing I could ever do could undo what they did, it would just spread more grief.

Nex, if I misunderstood you then I am sorry but from any way I can put your post together I still disagree with it.

Gurby, what exactly do you think I'm wrong about?

I asked this very recently. I have been hurt very badly. I am not even really the same after what happened. I really am not the one to seek revenge. But what happened was beyond my tolerance. It is to the point were I can't even sleep at night. It was so screwed up. What's worse is that I know it happened but I can't prove it. It just really sucks.

I personally don't deal with revenge, karma comes back to them in the end.
But maybe a spell to teach them/show them the error of their ways. :)

Yes, magick itself should be last resort.
Practical situations cause for practical solutions.

Magick is not used in practicality, much less impractical black magick (magick used to harm other(s); curses, hexes etc).
