1 white candle

How:
light the candle, and turn off the lights. Set the candle where its light can reach your face but it is not reflected in the mirror. Look at the mirror and into your eyes while saying
"Oracle of lunar light,
Send me the second sight."
Now stare into your eyes and DO NOT BLINK!

I've been able to "find" my past lives by meditation. I make sure that I am able to have complete concentration(usually when the kids aren't home lol). I go so deep into meditation I am taken back to my past lives and it feels as if I am reliving parts of them-- usually the death. I believe that I am to learn something from what I see. I've found meditation works best. Either that or right before you go to sleep ask your spirit guide to show you your past life but to protect you from anything that might be disturbing. The other day I did this and was able to find out that in a past life I died on my way to a party because I was drinking and driving. That would explain why I am so against drugs and alcohol.
