You can make a wand, but that doesn't need magick.

No magick or spell is going to permit you to fly, teleport, or other things out of fantasy novels or Hollywood films. Real magick does not work like that.

I would suggest reading "Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig. That book will teach you about what real magic is and take you step by step through the lessons you need to master before you're going to be able to successfully cast any spell.
