I'm all for acceptance but as a community of information those obviously trying to just pull things from their nethers shouldn't be tolerated. I think a line and some balance would do this issue good in that we should only treat those making blatently implausible claims with a "yeah, what ever" shrug and keep an open mind for the beliefs of everyone else.
Wow I have got back a lot of positive feedback. Thanks all!!! And I am not a role player. I have been in magic for 7 years now. I am at least knowlegable. I know lots of stuff and know how to use magic. So before you call me a role player get your facts straight.
To actual fluffs: What part of "I understand that this is not a RP (Role Playing) website and the public chatter is NOT for RP purposes. If I RP I will be gagged and the gag will not be removed." do you not understand? This problem is not only a belief, but a rule as well. Adapt or leave.
For reference: http://www.spellsofmagic.com/chat_rules.html
And for the people accusing other people of being fluffs when they don't even know what they are talking about: you are the fluffs and you probably don't know a thing about that person you're accusing. And who knows, you might be a fluff when you don't know it.
It is okay Universia. Just an honest mistake. As for you other question I did not call myself a fluff. And as for people calling me that I have no control over their vulgar mouths. I wish I did but I don't. All I ask is if you don't believe my point of view then fine that is your right but don't call me names. That is all. It is rude and unnecessary. Not to mention it is also bullying.
I would call someone who is seriously misguided, yet unwilling to learn, a 'fluff'. However, I would like to remind everyone that a group is largely defined by those it excludes.
And I would call someone like you rude. If you ask me the word fluff should be banned. Of course enforcing that would be way to hard. Why even bother right?
