Info on binding and what it's used for.

Binding is a form of magic that is considered 'gray magic.' This type of magic falls into a place between white and black, or can be a mix of the two.

Binding is used to stop people from taking actions against you or others you care about. It can be used to bind bad habits, actions, etc.

A simple binding can be taking the picture of a person and wrapping it up in thread or yarn. You can chant something like

"I bind this person from causing harm to me."

or

"I bind this person from talking about me."

You can change the words so that they work for your situation. When your spell is done and you no longer need it, you can burn the picture and thread or bury them.
